SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Senior Manager
About The Position
Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics to join their dynamic Canadian practice. This role involves influencing and advising clients, acting as a subject matter expert to guide decisions impacting multiple groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage collaboratively and provide solutions that resonate across various stakeholders. Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Nice To Haves
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors module integrations
- Experience leading specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing, Functional/Technical Integrations)
- Completed certification in multiple SuccessFactors modules
- Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Experience with non-SAP Data, Reporting, and Analytics tools and platforms, with hybrid data architecture knowledge loading SAP data to Hyperscaler platforms like Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks etc.
- Experience with SAP BDC People Intelligence
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients
- Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value
