About The Position

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience
Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
Use business acumen to initiate transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
Demonstrate to clients how they can utilize SAP to address their business challenges.
Operate in a team environment requiring versatility, including client interaction, workstream management, and collaboration with other teams, potentially taking a lead role.
Drive the assigned workstream and/or project activities.
Ensure profitability and ongoing success by managing service quality.
Coordinate with all workstreams, including technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management.
Adapt current methods, tools, and procedures to develop solutions that meet client needs.
Analyze business requirements to identify configuration solutions.
Document requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
