About The Position
The SAP Senior Project Manager is an expert-level leader responsible for complex program delivery and customer engagement. The role leads customer programs end-to-end, from initial scoping through plan execution and handover, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders. It defines scope, schedules, and milestones; manages risks, dependencies, deliverables, and escalations; and uses time-boxed engagement orchestration to structure delivery phases and sustain momentum. The position also guides team performance and project managers, maintains documentation and reporting, and builds trusted relationships with customer and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in project management, scope management, and project coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Skill in managing escalations and resolving conflict while keeping delivery on track.
- A customer-first approach, including the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive long-term satisfaction.
- Experience mentoring project managers and influencing delivery best practices across teams.
- Hands-on use of agentic AI tools in daily workflows, including quality-checking AI-generated outputs, engineering effective prompts, and championing AI adoption across engagements.
- PMP and Activate certifications.
