About The Position

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a motivated, self-driven SAP PP Senior Consultant to deliver business solutions to clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail industries. The role combines industry expertise, business process knowledge, and consulting skills to address complex client business problems.

The consultant leads SAP Production Planning implementations and guides consultants and client personnel. Responsibilities span requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, development, integration with other SAP modules, customized reporting, technical support, training, and support for engagement scoping and proposal development. The role involves an estimated 30–50% travel depending on client and project needs. When not at a client site or traveling, consultants work from a home office; relocation is not required.

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP PP.
• At least three full-life-cycle implementation projects.
• Team lead experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across design, hands-on configuration, and other roles.
• Thorough client services orientation.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to present and write at publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations.
• A four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide consultants and client personnel implementing SAP PP (Production Planning).
• Lead analysis and design sessions to develop requirements and client solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure SAP PP functions to meet business requirements, including integration points with other modules.
• Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports.
• Provide general technical support to clients and conduct training as required.
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
• Take an active role in executing client engagements and project plans and tasks.
