About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role focuses on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including sales order management, delivery processing, shipping, billing, pricing, and accounts receivable integration. The consultant will implement and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions using standard SAP best practices. The position involves configuring and supporting OTC processes, participating in fit-to-standard workshops and solution design, identifying gaps between business requirements and standard functionality, and supporting data migration, testing, cutover, and production troubleshooting. The consultant will also prepare functional specifications and follow SAP Public Cloud extensibility guidelines, using standard APIs or approved extensions when required.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Order-to-Cash processes.
Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and end-to-end sales order processing.
Good understanding of pricing, sales order management, delivery processing, shipping, and billing.
Experience with SAP Public Cloud configuration, CBC, and Fiori applications.
Understanding of integration between SAP SD/OTC and SAP FI for accounts receivable and revenue postings.
Knowledge of customer and Business Partner master data.
Experience with fit-to-standard methodology and SAP standard business processes.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation or rollout projects.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and cloud implementation best practices.
Experience with SAP Business Accelerator Hub, standard APIs, and integration scenarios.
Understanding of SAP BTP and side-by-side extensibility.
Experience with credit management, output management, intercompany sales, and returns processing.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sales certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure and support end-to-end SAP OTC processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Manage sales order processing, order fulfillment, delivery creation, shipping, billing, and customer invoicing.
Configure sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, and relevant sales settings supported by Public Cloud.
Work on pricing procedures, condition records, discounts, surcharges, taxes, and pricing determination.
Support delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, and shipment-related integration, as applicable to the solution scope.
Configure and support billing processes, including invoice creation, credit memos, debit memos, and billing cancellations.
Support customer master data and Business Partner configuration, including customer sales-area data.
Support integration between SAP OTC, Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and warehouse or transportation solutions, where applicable.
Work with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC), SAP Fiori applications, and SAP standard configuration activities.
Participate in fit-to-standard workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and business process validation.
Identify gaps between business requirements and standard SAP Public Cloud functionality and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, and extensions where required.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to sales orders, deliveries, pricing, billing, and accounting postings.
Follow SAP Public Cloud extensibility guidelines and use standard APIs or approved extensions when required.
