About The Position

Join Deloitte’s SAP practice to help clients modernize core processes and advance digital transformation using SAP-enabled solutions. In this SAP AI Transformation role, you will contribute to Agentic ERP transformations by combining SAP expertise, AI-enabled delivery approaches, cross-functional collaboration, and industry insight to address business challenges and create measurable client impact.

As a Consultant focused on SAP Order to Cash, you will work alongside functional and technical client team members to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions supporting Agentic ERP transformations. Using Deloitte Ascend™, AI accelerators, and SAP capabilities, you will help clients modernize business processes and move toward the autonomous enterprise. The role calls for a motivated professional who works with speed and precision, builds practical solutions, and engages confidently with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role is part of Deloitte’s SAP practice, which helps clients design, implement, and sustain SAP-enabled transformations. Work may span strategy, design, implementation, integration, data, testing, deployment, change, and post-go-live support. The position is available in 31 listed U.S. locations and requires travel up to 50%, on average. Recruiting for this role ends on 01/15/2027.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree and 4+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP consulting, ERP implementation, or SAP/ERP technology transformation in a consulting or industry environment.
• Experience supporting at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation from project initiation through go-live and hypercare, and experience supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• 1+ year of hands-on functional configuration experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) or SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Experience working directly with client or business stakeholders to support requirements gathering, testing, or deployment activities on at least one SAP implementation, transformation, or support project.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on work and clients served.

Nice To Haves

• Experience applying AI tools—including generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, conversational AI, or AI agents—to enterprise transformation initiatives, including solution design, implementation, testing, or human-in-the-loop review and validation.
• Experience supporting or facilitating SAP design workshops, demonstrations, or testing activities.
• Experience supporting SAP cloud programs or SAP transformation programs deployed across multiple countries.
• Experience applying SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies on SAP implementation programs.
• Experience contributing to proposals, estimates, solution designs, or client presentations.
• One or more SAP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Order to Cash workstreams by identifying opportunities, tracking work-plan activities, identifying dependencies, risks, and issues, and preparing deliverables.
• Participate in and facilitate opportunity-identification, fit-to-standard, and autonomous solution-design workshops.
• Translate commercial and Order to Cash improvement opportunities into SAP solutions and support configuration across the end-to-end Order to Cash process.
• Coordinate commercial integration requirements with supply chain, finance and accounting, tax, and reporting teams.
• Contribute to data migration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, solution design, prototyping, testing, and documentation, while maintaining human oversight to review, validate, and curate outputs.
• Communicate project progress, decisions, risks, and action items with client and Deloitte team members.
• Support training, change adoption, post-go-live activities, proposal development, and reusable SAP practice assets.
