About The Position

Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant for its SAP practice, focused on SAP Order to Cash (OTC). The role contributes to Agentic ERP transformations by combining SAP expertise, AI-enabled delivery approaches, cross-functional collaboration, and industry insight to help clients modernize business processes and progress toward an autonomous enterprise. The consultant will work with functional and technical client teams to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions using Deloitte Ascend™ AI accelerators and SAP capabilities.

The role requires a motivated professional who can work with speed and precision, develop practical solutions, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders and delivery teams. Responsibilities span OTC workstream delivery, client workshops, solution design and configuration, commercial integrations, implementation lifecycle activities, AI-enabled process improvements, client advising, team coaching, and SAP practice development. Recruiting for this role ends on 01/15/2027. The role may require travel up to 50% on average.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree and at least 6 years of SAP, ERP, or consulting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, ERP implementation, or SAP/ERP technology transformation in a consulting or industry environment.
• Experience supporting at least two full-lifecycle SAP implementations from project initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Demonstrated ownership or leadership of an SAP Order to Cash workstream or workstream area on at least one implementation.
• Experience supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• At least 2 years of hands-on functional configuration experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) or SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Experience managing work plans, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and team coordination.
• Experience collaborating directly with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and support solution design, configuration, testing, or deployment on at least one SAP implementation, transformation, or support project.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work and the clients and industries/sectors served.

Nice To Haves

• Experience applying AI tools—including generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, conversational AI, or AI agents—to enterprise transformation initiatives, including solution design, implementation, testing, or human-in-the-loop review and validation.
• Experience supporting SAP cloud programs or SAP transformation programs deployed across multiple countries.
• Experience applying SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies on SAP implementation programs.
• Experience contributing to proposals, estimates, solution designs, or client presentations.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members.
• One or more SAP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned SAP Order to Cash workstreams, including work-plan execution, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable quality.
• Lead and facilitate opportunity-identification, fit-to-standard, autonomous solution-design, and playback workshops with client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate commercial and Order to Cash improvement opportunities into SAP solutions and lead assigned functional design and configuration activities across the end-to-end Order to Cash process.
• Lead and coordinate commercial integration requirements across procurement, supply chain, accounting, tax, treasury, and reporting teams.
• Lead or oversee data migration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Assess Order to Cash processes and design AI-enabled and automated improvements across order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, cash application, dispute management, reporting, and process performance.
• Use Deloitte Ascend™ accelerators where applicable, with human review and validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Serve as a day-to-day client advisor by communicating progress, decisions, risks, and recommendations to business and senior client stakeholders.
• Coach junior team members, review work products, and contribute to proposals, estimates, reusable assets, and SAP practice development.
