About The Position

Join Deloitte’s SAP practice to help organizations modernize core processes and deliver SAP-enabled business transformation. In this SAP AI Transformation role, you will contribute to Agentic ERP transformations by combining SAP expertise, AI-enabled delivery approaches, cross-functional collaboration, and industry insight to address business challenges and create measurable client impact.

As a Consultant focused on SAP Supply Chain, you will work with functional and technical client team members to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions using Deloitte Ascend™ AI accelerators and SAP capabilities. You will support supply chain workstreams, workshops, solution design and configuration, cross-functional integrations, and activities across the implementation lifecycle. The role also involves applying AI tools to accelerate delivery while reviewing and validating their outputs, communicating with clients and project teams, and supporting adoption and post-go-live activities.

The position is available in 31 U.S. locations and may require travel up to 50%, on average, depending on client and industry needs. Recruiting for this role ends on January 15, 2027.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree and at least 4 years of SAP, ERP, or consulting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP consulting, ERP implementation, or SAP/ERP technology transformation in a consulting or industry environment.
• Experience supporting at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation from project initiation through go-live and hypercare, and experience supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• At least 1 year of hands-on functional configuration experience in at least one of SAP EWM, TM, PP, PP-PI, EAM, MM, or IBP.
• Experience working directly with client or business stakeholders on requirements gathering, testing, or deployment activities for at least one SAP implementation, transformation, or support project.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work and clients and industries/sectors served.

Nice To Haves

• Experience applying AI tools—including generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, conversational AI, or AI agents—to enterprise transformation initiatives, including solution design, implementation, testing, or human-in-the-loop review and validation.
• Experience supporting or facilitating SAP design workshops, demonstrations, or testing activities.
• Experience supporting SAP cloud programs or SAP transformation programs deployed across multiple countries.
• Experience applying SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies on SAP implementation programs.
• Experience contributing to proposals, estimates, solution designs, or client presentations.
• One or more SAP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP Supply Chain work plans; identify dependencies, risks, and issues; and prepare project deliverables.
• Participate in and facilitate portions of opportunity-identification, fit-to-standard, and autonomous solution-design workshops.
• Translate supply chain improvement opportunities into SAP solution designs and configurations across EWM, 3PL integrations, PP, TM, EAM, and MM.
• Coordinate supply chain integration requirements with sales, accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and other functional teams.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, solution design, prototyping, testing, and documentation, while maintaining human oversight to review, validate, and curate outputs.
• Communicate project progress, decisions, risks, and action items with client and Deloitte team members.
• Support training, change adoption, post-go-live activities, proposal development, and reusable SAP practice assets.
• Work collaboratively with client teams to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions that support Agentic ERP transformations.
