About The Position

CTG is seeking a SAP GTS S/4HANA Functional Consultant for a client engagement in Rochester, Minnesota. The position is listed for a duration of four months and requires partial travel. The consultant will lead SAP Global Trade Services, edition for SAP HANA, functional design and implementation to support compliant and efficient global trade operations. The role involves translating business, customs, and trade compliance requirements into scalable end-to-end processes across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. The consultant will configure SAP GTS trade compliance and customs capabilities, integrate the system with SAP S/4HANA and related logistics platforms, and work with external customs brokers and trade content providers. They will lead functional testing, coordinate data migration and validation, support user training and adoption, and promote auditability and regulatory compliance. The expected base salary is $90.00 to $95.00 per hour. CTG also offers a competitive benefits package. Requirements

Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting SAP GTS in an SAP S/4HANA environment, including hands-on configuration of trade compliance and customs processes.
Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA and external trade service providers.
Experience with end-to-end functional delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, defect resolution, and user enablement.
Understanding of international trade regulations, audit controls, and compliance recordkeeping.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
Expertise in global trade compliance, customs management, export controls, sanctioned-party screening, licensing, product classification, and trade preference management.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD/MM and related logistics processes, including EWM/TM.
Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, document process designs, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel partially as required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA, functional design and implementation for global trade operations.
Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and translate business, customs, and trade compliance requirements into end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
Configure sanctioned-party screening, embargoes, legal controls, export licensing, product classification, preference determination, and import/export customs management capabilities.
Configure legal regulations, control classes, business partners, document types, license procedures, and determination strategies.
Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA SD/MM, EWM/TM, external customs brokers, and trade content providers.
Lead unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution.
Coordinate data migration and validation for business partners, ship-to data, product classifications, licenses, and trade preferences.
Support user training and adoption, while ensuring auditability, regulatory recordkeeping, electronic archiving, and dual-use controls.
Identify process improvements and implement controls to reduce trade compliance risks and improve operational efficiency.
