About The Position

LVMH Beauty is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA professional to support the Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases of its SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition (PCE) program. The consultant provides functional expertise, governance, and validation, rather than leading primary SAP configuration and implementation activities. The role combines business process knowledge, integration expertise, data migration governance, and testing execution, while bridging business teams and external system integrators. During Explore, the consultant supports business workshops and requirements gathering; helps define organizational data structures and golden rules; enables business understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes and WRICEF targets; challenges and validates solution designs; prepares demonstration data; and contributes to integration and data migration scope definition. During Realize, the consultant defines and validates interface logic and mappings, supports integration design reviews and end-to-end testing, prepares test data, helps develop and execute test cases, and validates automated testing scope. Data migration work includes developing and testing extractors and mapping tools, defining mapping and cleansing rules, executing iterative data extractions, and validating migration results. During Deploy and the toolkit phase, the consultant supports change management training and Key Users during end-user training, and contributes to comprehensive testing plans. The position requires strong SAP FI/CO expertise, interface and migration experience, test management skills, and effective stakeholder communication. The stated annual compensation range is USD 140,000–170,000.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience.
At least 2–3 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
Hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA; Public Cloud Edition experience is preferred.
Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO architecture and strong functional knowledge of FI/CO.
Knowledge of cross-module integration, financial close cockpit, and statutory and management reporting requirements.
Knowledge of organizational data definition and a basic understanding of MM, SD, and PP modules.
Experience managing SAP interfaces, including business logic, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, middleware or mediation mapping, error handling, and end-to-end interface testing.
Background in SAP data migration methodologies, extraction tools, data quality, and cleansing governance.
Experience in test management, including test case writing, automated testing validation, and execution across integrated environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to bridge business teams and external system integrators.
Strong analytical mindset and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to bridge finance business needs with technical configurations.

Nice To Haves

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates certification, or a related S/4HANA Finance certification.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, CDS views, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Responsibilities

Participate in business workshops and support preparation and collection of workshop inputs.
Help the system integrator understand complex business requirements and bridge business and technical teams.
Support definition of organizational data structures and business golden rules.
Help the business understand SAP S/4HANA solutions, end-to-end processes, and S/4 PCE WRICEF targets.
Challenge system integrator design proposals and validate target business processes and solution architecture.
Prepare test data for system and solution demonstrations.
Participate in integration workshops, validate integration designs, and support definition of interface requirements, business logic, mappings, transformation rules, and routing principles.
Validate data migration scope, strategy, methods, and tools.
Define, review, and validate interface business logic, source-to-target mappings, transformation and routing rules, and error-handling requirements.
Participate in integration design reviews and support end-to-end interface testing across applications and S/4 PCE before UAT.
Prepare applications and systems for test data alignment.
Support business teams in writing test cases; execute and validate integration tests; and validate automated testing scope, including cases, APIs, and end-to-end scenarios.
Design, develop, and test extractors and mapping tools for target migration templates.
Define and validate data mapping rules, cleansing procedures, and data quality checks.
Execute iterative data extractions from source systems and validate migration results for unit and integration testing.
Support business validation of data migration outputs.
Assist with change management training on SAP S/4 PCE and support Key Users during end-user training sessions.
Contribute to defining and executing comprehensive testing plans.
