About The Position

LVMH Beauty is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA professional to support key phases of its SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition (PCE) program: Explore, Realize, and Deploy. The role combines business-process understanding, integration expertise, data-migration governance, and testing execution. It provides functional expertise, governance, and validation rather than primary SAP configuration and implementation activities.

During Explore, the consultant supports business workshops and requirements gathering, bridges business requirements with the system integrator, helps define organizational data structures and golden rules, enables understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes and WRICEF targets, challenges and validates designs, prepares demonstration test data, and supports integration and data-migration planning.

During Realize, the consultant defines and validates interface logic and mappings, supports integration design reviews and end-to-end testing, prepares systems and data for testing, supports test-case development and execution, validates automated testing scope, and designs, develops, tests, and executes data extraction and migration activities. The consultant also validates data quality, cleansing, and migration results with the business.

During Deploy and Toolkit activities, the consultant assists with SAP S/4 PCE training and supports Key Users during end-user training. The role also contributes to comprehensive testing plans. The position requires effective collaboration with business stakeholders and external system integrators. The posted salary range is $140,000–$170,000, with the company reserving the right to pay outside that range.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience.
• At least 2–3 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO architecture, cross-module integration, financial close cockpit, and statutory and management reporting requirements.
• Strong functional knowledge of core SAP FI/CO modules and organizational data definition.
• Basic understanding of MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Demonstrated SAP interface-management experience, including business-logic definition, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, middleware or mediation mapping, error handling, and end-to-end interface testing.
• Solid background in SAP data-migration methodologies, extraction tools, data quality, and cleansing governance.
• Experience in test management, including test-case writing, automated-testing validation, and execution across integrated environments.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills to bridge business teams and external system integrators.
• Strong analytical mindset and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to bridge business finance needs with technical configurations.

Nice To Haves

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates certification, or a related S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, CDS views, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business workshops and support collection of inputs for workshop preparation.
• Help the system integrator understand complex business requirements and bridge business and technical teams.
• Support definition of organizational data structures, such as plants, sales organizations, and cost centers, and establish golden rules.
• Help the business understand SAP S/4HANA solutions, end-to-end processes, and S/4 PCE WRICEF targets.
• Challenge the system integrator during design and validate target business processes and solution architecture.
• Prepare test data for system and solution demonstrations.
• Participate in integration workshops, validate integration designs, and support definition of SAP interface requirements, including business logic, field mapping, transformation, routing, and target mappings.
• Validate data-migration scope, strategy, methods, and tools.
• Define, review, and validate interface business logic, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, error-handling requirements, and routing rules for applications and SAP S/4 interfaces on mediation layers.
• Participate in integration design reviews and support end-to-end interface testing before UAT.
• Prepare applications and systems for test-data alignment.
• Support business teams in writing test cases; execute and validate integration tests; and validate automated-testing scope, including test cases, APIs, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Design, develop, and test extractors and mapping tools for target migration templates.
• Define and validate data-mapping rules, data-cleansing procedures, and data-quality checks.
• Execute iterative data extraction from source systems and validate migration results for unit and integration testing.
• Support the business in validating data-migration outputs.
• Assist with specialized SAP S/4 PCE training led by external partners and support Key Users during end-user training.
• Contribute to defining and executing comprehensive testing plans.
