About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice helps clients meet the challenges of digitization by using design thinking, agile development, and smart technologies like IoT, automation, and AI. We offer training in new SAP technologies and have a strong community for support. Accenture is a leading business partner for various SAP solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and SAP Hybris. This role involves managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects, initiating transformation programs, and demonstrating how clients can leverage SAP to solve business problems. The position requires a versatile individual who can interact with clients, manage workstreams, collaborate with other teams, and potentially lead projects. Responsibilities include driving profitability by managing service quality, interacting with various workstreams (technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management), and adapting methods and tools to meet client needs. The role also involves checking business requirements to find configuration solutions and documenting requirements, solutions, and decisions. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
  • Minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
  • Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and Payroll module.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

  • External consulting experience.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
  • Use business acumen to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
  • Wear multiple hats in a team environment, interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams, and potentially taking charge.
  • Run the workstream and/or project activities assigned.
  • Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
  • Interact with all workstreams, including technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management.
  • Tweak current methods, tools, and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
  • Keep a record of requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
