About The Position

This role requires a transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. The individual will use their know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. They should be comfortable working in teams, leading projects, and diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Opportunities to work remotely are available, with travel as needed to client sites.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time - must have EC certification of some kind
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off certification
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

Engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success.
Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
