About The Position

Accenture is hiring a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect and deliver enterprise-scale data migration for S/4HANA transformation programs. The role covers greenfield implementations, brownfield conversions, selective data transitions, and multi-wave cutovers across heterogeneous landscapes. The Senior Manager will provide technical leadership and executive-level client guidance while supporting delivery teams and resolving complex data quality issues. The role includes defining migration methodologies, tooling choices, governance frameworks, migration architecture standards, and program execution approaches. The leader will oversee migration consultants and developers, coordinate with client data owners and functional and IT stakeholders, and guide migration rehearsals and go-live cutovers. Proposal development, client presentations, methodology development, and practice capability building are also part of the position. Travel may be required from 0% to 100%, depending on business and client needs.

Requirements

At least 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
At least 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, including at least 2 involving S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield/system conversion.
At least 3 years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tools such as LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, or comparable enterprise migration platforms.
At least 5 years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
Experience supporting the CMT industry and/or clients, specifically semiconductor clients.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); an associate’s degree requires 6 years of work experience.

Nice To Haves

SAP Certified Professional in SAP S/4HANA System Conversion or Migration, or equivalent SAP certification.
Experience with Syniti Data Replication, SNP CrystalBridge, or Natuvion DPP for complex landscape transformation scenarios.
Familiarity with data governance and master data management frameworks, such as SAP MDG, in migration programs.
Exposure to cloud migration scenarios involving SAP on AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
Prior consulting experience at a Big 4 firm, global systems integrator, or SAP Partner organization.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition scenarios.
Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance frameworks for large-scale, multi-wave data migration programs.
Lead the design of migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across functional domains such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM.
Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers, ensuring quality and consistency across workstreams.
Engage client data owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders to align on data quality standards, cleansing strategies, and sign-off processes.
Govern configuration and use of SAP LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti, or equivalent migration tools, ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution, including risk identification and real-time issue resolution.
Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, methodology development, and practice capability uplift.
Travel as required by business needs and client requirements; travel may range from 0% to 100%.
