About The Position

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect and lead enterprise-scale data migration for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role spans greenfield implementations, brownfield conversions, selective data transitions, and multi-wave migrations across heterogeneous landscapes. The Senior Manager will provide architectural direction and hands-on technical leadership, advise client leadership, and support delivery teams in resolving migration and data-quality challenges. The role also includes leading and mentoring migration consultants and developers, aligning client data owners and technical and functional stakeholders, governing migration tools and standards, and overseeing rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution. The position contributes to proposals, client presentations, methodology development, and practice capability building. Travel may be required and can range from 0% to 100%, depending on business and client needs.

Requirements

At least 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years as a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead.
At least 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, including at least 2 involving S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield/system conversion.
At least 3 years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tools such as LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, or comparable enterprise migration platforms.
At least 5 years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
Experience supporting the retail industry and/or clients, specifically semi-conductors.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience.
For U.S. employment, authorization to work without now or future visa sponsorship is required.

Nice To Haves

SAP Certified Professional in SAP S/4HANA System Conversion or Migration, or equivalent SAP certification.
Experience with Syniti Data Replication, SNP CrystalBridge, or Natuvion DPP for complex landscape transformation scenarios.
Familiarity with data governance and master data management frameworks, such as SAP MDG, in migration programs.
Exposure to SAP cloud migration scenarios on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Prior consulting experience at a Big 4 firm, global systems integrator, or SAP Partner organization.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition scenarios.
Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance frameworks for large-scale, multi-wave programs.
Lead the design of migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across functional domains such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM.
Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers, ensuring quality and consistency across workstreams.
Engage client data owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders to align on data quality standards, cleansing strategies, and sign-off processes.
Govern configuration and use of migration tools, including SAP LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti, or equivalent, and ensure adherence to migration architecture standards.
Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution, including risk identification and real-time issue resolution.
Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, methodology development, and capability uplift.
Travel as required by business and client needs, ranging from 0% to 100%.
