About The Position

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect and deliver enterprise-scale migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs. The role covers greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition scenarios, as well as global and multi-wave programs across heterogeneous landscapes. The Senior Manager serves as a trusted advisor to client leadership and provides technical direction and delivery leadership to migration teams. The role involves defining migration methodologies, tool selection, and governance; designing migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across functional domains; and governing migration tool configuration and adherence to architecture standards. The Senior Manager works with client data owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders on data quality, cleansing, and sign-off. They lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution, and contribute to proposals, client presentations, methodology development, and practice capability building. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

At least 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
At least 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield/system conversion.
At least 3 years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling such as LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, or comparable enterprise migration platforms.
At least 5 years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
Experience supporting the CMT industry and/or clients, specifically semiconductors.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience; with an associate's degree, 6 years of work experience is required.

Nice To Haves

SAP Certified Professional in SAP S/4HANA System Conversion or Migration, or equivalent SAP certification.
Experience with Syniti Data Replication, SNP CrystalBridge, or Natuvion DPP for complex landscape transformation scenarios.
Familiarity with data governance and master data management frameworks, such as SAP MDG, in migration programs.
Exposure to cloud migration scenarios involving SAP on AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
Prior consulting experience at a Big 4 firm, global systems integrator, or SAP Partner organization.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition scenarios.
Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance frameworks across large-scale, multi-wave data migration programs.
Lead the design of migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across functional domains such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM.
Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers, ensuring quality and consistency across workstreams.
Engage client data owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders to align on data quality standards, cleansing strategies, and sign-off processes.
Govern migration tool configuration and usage, including SAP LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti, or equivalent tools, and ensure adherence to migration architecture standards.
Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution, including risk identification and real-time issue resolution.
Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, methodology development, and practice-building and capability-uplift activities.
