About The Position

As part of Accenture Reinvention Services, this role helps CFOs, FP&A leaders, and business executives modernize planning, accelerate decisions, unlock insights, and drive sustainable growth through intelligent, data-driven performance management platforms. The Senior Manager leads financial planning reinvention and SAP planning transformations, combining C-suite advisory, planning and analytics expertise, SAP technology knowledge, and transformation leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role engages senior finance and business leaders to shape planning transformation opportunities, leads solution architecture and executive workshops, and oversees large-scale implementations from strategy and roadmap development through delivery and value realization. Solutions may use SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business AI, and related technologies. The position also develops AI-enabled planning strategies, builds client relationships and thought leadership, and mentors consulting professionals. Travel may range from 0% to 100%, depending on business and client needs.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience delivering Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, finance transformation, or related solutions.
At least 5 years of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations in SAP Planning, SAC Planning, BPC Planning, or Enterprise Performance Management.
Experience leading planning transformations combining process redesign, organizational change, analytics, and technology enablement.
Experience integrating SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, or other enterprise platforms.
Experience managing large, geographically distributed delivery teams in a global delivery environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience); an associate degree is acceptable with at least 6 years of equivalent work experience.
U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or another professional Finance certification.
SAP certification in SAP Analytics Cloud (C_SAC_2601 or current successor certification), SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting, BW/4HANA, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, predictive forecasting, machine learning, intelligent automation, and generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning reinvention programs that transform planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management.
Engage CFOs, FP&A leaders, and business executives to identify opportunities to improve planning, forecasting, budgeting, and enterprise performance management.
Originate, shape, and lead planning transformation opportunities from initial client discussions through proposal development, contracting, and delivery.
Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business AI, and related SAP technologies, with attention to user experience.
Lead large-scale financial planning and Enterprise Performance Management transformations from strategy and roadmap development through implementation and value realization.
Guide clients in modernizing budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, sales planning, profitability planning, and scenario modeling.
Define and implement AI-enabled planning strategies using SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, predictive forecasting, machine learning, scenario simulation, and intelligent automation.
Help clients prioritize AI use cases to improve forecast accuracy, planning productivity, decision intelligence, and business performance.
Collaborate with Data & AI, Finance Transformation, Supply Chain, and Industry teams to deliver connected enterprise planning capabilities.
Help clients integrate forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, management reporting, and broader Enterprise Performance Management processes into connected financial planning capabilities.
Drive executive workshops and facilitate business process, operating model, and solution architecture decisions.
Lead cross-functional planning, analytics, data integration, reporting, testing, and change management teams.
Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, FP&A leaders, Controllers, and business executives.
Develop thought leadership, accelerators, and offerings that advance Accenture's SAP Planning, Finance Transformation, and AI capabilities.
Mentor and develop consulting professionals and future Finance and Planning transformation leaders.
