About The Position

Corel is hiring a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead topline planning, forecasting, and analysis. Reporting to the CFO, this hands-on role owns the day-to-day revenue model, the weekly billings forecast, and the annual operating plan by product. The role turns product and sales data into clear analysis for the CFO, executive team, and Board, and serves as the go-to source for how topline results are calculated. The position prepares topline and KPI materials for monthly operating reviews and quarterly Board meetings, maintains product-level KPI scorecards, leads variance analysis, and responds to executive data requests. It also leads FP&A's day-to-day planning-system work, currently using Planful, and partners with Data and IT to integrate Snowflake and NetSuite data into reliable planning and reporting. The role replaces manual spreadsheets with repeatable automated reporting and documents models, planning calendars, and controls. The Senior Manager partners with Sales, Marketing, product teams, and Accounting. Responsibilities include evaluating business assumptions; supporting investment cases for marketing campaigns, product launches, and headcount with ROI and payback analysis; and coordinating on close timing, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and accrual accuracy. This is a senior individual-contributor position with a path to Director as scope grows. It also provides backup coverage for critical FP&A models and processes and supports projects such as audits, cost programs, and M&A analysis. Corel describes itself as fully remote, with flexible work arrangements and hours. The company is investing in AI across its products, tools, and processes.
