About The Position

As part of Accenture Reinvention Services, the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)/FP&A Senior Manager helps CFOs, FP&A leaders, and business executives modernize planning, accelerate decisions, unlock insights, and drive sustainable growth through intelligent, data-driven performance management platforms. The role combines financial planning and analytics transformation leadership, C-suite advisory experience, SAP technology expertise, and transformation delivery to help clients move toward connected, intelligent, and predictive planning. The position leads financial planning reinvention and enterprise performance management programs, from opportunity development and strategy through solution architecture, implementation, and value realization. It designs and delivers end-to-end planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and related SAP technologies, advances AI-enabled planning strategies, and guides clients in modernizing core planning processes. The role also leads executive workshops and cross-functional, geographically distributed teams; builds trusted client relationships and innovative offerings; and mentors consulting professionals. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business and client needs.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience delivering EPM, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, finance transformation, or related solutions.
At least 5 years of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations in SAP Planning, SAC Planning, BPC Planning, or Enterprise Performance Management.
Experience leading planning transformations that combine process redesign, organizational change, analytics, and technology enablement.
Experience integrating SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, or other enterprise platforms.
Experience managing large, geographically distributed delivery teams in a global delivery environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); applicants with an associate's degree must have at least 6 years of equivalent work experience.
U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or another professional Finance certification.
SAP certification in SAP Analytics Cloud (C_SAC_2601 or current successor), SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting, BW/4HANA, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, predictive forecasting, machine learning, intelligent automation, and generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning reinvention programs that transform planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management.
Engage CFOs, FP&A leaders, and business executives to identify opportunities to improve planning, forecasting, budgeting, and enterprise performance management.
Originate, shape, and lead planning transformation opportunities from initial client discussions through proposals, contracting, and delivery.
Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business AI, and related technologies.
Lead large-scale financial planning and Enterprise Performance Management transformations from strategy and roadmap development through implementation and value realization.
Guide modernization of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, sales planning, profitability planning, and scenario modeling.
Define and implement AI-enabled planning strategies using SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, predictive forecasting, machine learning, scenario simulation, and intelligent automation.
Help clients identify and prioritize AI use cases to improve forecast accuracy, planning productivity, decision intelligence, and business performance.
Collaborate with Data & AI, Finance Transformation, Supply Chain, and Industry teams to deliver connected enterprise planning capabilities.
Help clients build connected financial planning capabilities integrating forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, management reporting, and broader EPM processes.
Drive executive workshops and facilitate business process, operating model, and solution architecture decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams across planning, analytics, data integration, reporting, testing, and change management workstreams.
Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, FP&A leaders, Controllers, and business executives.
Develop thought leadership, accelerators, and offerings that advance Accenture's SAP Planning, Finance Transformation, and AI capabilities.
Mentor and develop consulting professionals and future Finance and Planning transformation leaders.
