About The Position

The Sanitation role at the Hanover location maintains sanitary conditions to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices by performing prescribed sanitation duties. This is a full-time, permanent position on Crew 2. The crew works from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and every other Wednesday. The pay rate is $21.62 per hour.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions or process documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean men's and women's restrooms at the start of each shift, refill supplies, and repeat as necessary during the shift.
• Complete assigned sanitation work orders, which may include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, scraping, emptying garbage, and checking and refurbishing supplies.
• Return sanitation supplies and tools to the sanitation room.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with coworkers and management by communicating necessary information, responding to requests, building rapport, and participating in problem-solving methods.
