Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
  • Must be actively working in department hiring trainer

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Cleaning or sanitation experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Keep bakery production sparkling by cleaning, sanitizing, visually inspecting, and reassembling bakery equipment.
  • Maintain processing aids and tools, performing required chemical checks during COP procedures.
  • Keep Ready-To-Eat (RTE) production lines spotless - clean, sanitize, inspect, and assemble equipment to food safety standards.
  • Filter shortening from donut fryers to keep fryers performing at their best.
  • Perform fryer boil-outs for intensified cleaning of donut fryers.
  • Maintain non-production and production infrastructure - clean walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, and more.
  • Keep common areas clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and welcoming facility.
  • Train team members through procedure reviews and hands-on guidance, while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.
  • Model respectful, professional, and positive behavior when training and interacting with others—demonstrating our culture and values every day.
  • Give constructive feedback regularly and help keep training documents and SOPs accurate, up to date, and easy to follow.
