About The Position

This position offers a base hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. As a Selecting Trainer, you’ll not only pick and stage products for shipment –you’ll also guide new and current team members to ensure every order is accurate, safe, and ready to go. You’ll be hands-on, coaching, leading by example, and keeping operations running smoothly. Being a Warehouse Team Member comes with perks. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
  • Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer

Nice To Haves

  • Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Select full-case products for outbound pallets accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform put module and staging tasks to keep the line moving smoothly.
  • Pick Unit Pick items for shipment with speed and accuracy.
  • Conduct pallet checks accurately to ensure every shipment is ready to go.
  • Complete logs accurately – including production, equipment inspections, and master cleaning schedules.
  • Handle inventory carefully to avoid damage and maintain quality.
  • Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
  • Perform CIG cutting, unit putaway, cooler unit, and cooler full-case selecting as needed, accurately and efficiently.
  • Train team members with hands-on guidance and procedure reviews while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.
  • Lead with professionalism, respect, and a positive, welcoming attitude – demonstrating Sheetz culture and values in every interaction.
  • Provide regular feedback and help maintain accurate, up-to-date training documents and SOPs.
