About The Position

This position offers a base hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. Love helping others learn and grow? Step into a key role on our bakery team as a Trainer, where you’ll help bring new team members up to speed and set them up for success from day one. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with new hires and team members, teaching processes, demonstrating best practices, and making sure everyone feels confident on the floor. You’ll help keep training organized, track progress, and provide feedback that helps the whole team get better every day. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
  • Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer.

Nice To Haves

  • Sheetz training or trade training in production environment
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Foodservice or food manufacturing experience preferred

  • Share feedback on training materials and help keep them up to date and easy to follow.
