This position offers a base hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. As a Receiving Trainer, you’ll not only receive, put away, and replenish ambient warehouse items and SBK ingredients – you’ll also guide new and current team members to make sure everyone works safely, accurately, and efficiently. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
  • Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer

Nice To Haves

  • Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, put away, and replenish ambient items safely, accurately, and efficiently across pick locations, full-case reserves, and forward pick areas.
  • Operate CIG cutting equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs.
  • Complete logs accurately – including production records, equipment inspections, and master cleaning schedules.
  • Handle inventory carefully to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
  • Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your supervisor or team lead.
  • Train team members with hands-on guidance and procedure reviews, while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.
  • Lead with professionalism, respect, and a positive, welcoming attitude – showing Sheetz culture and values in every interaction.
  • Provide regular feedback and help maintain accurate, up-to-date training documents and SOPs.
