Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED preferred
Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

Pick full-case products for outbound pallets and load DC trucks accurately and efficiently.
Select Unit Pick items for shipment with speed and accuracy.
Conduct pallet checks and complete late-order tasks accurately to keep shipments on track.
Complete logs accurately – including production records, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, and load maps.
Handle inventory carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality.
Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
Train team members with hands-on guidance and procedure reviews while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.
Lead with professionalism, respect, and a positive, welcoming attitude – demonstrating Sheetz culture and values in every interaction.
Provide regular feedback and help maintain accurate, up-to-date training documents and SOPs.
