About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Sandwich Maker to work as part of a dynamic team preparing menu items made with honest, whole ingredients, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. The role involves preparing food accurately to specification and helping other departments as needed. This is a part-time position requiring morning/daytime availability. Shifts vary based on customer traffic and time of year, run Monday through Saturday, and may start as early as 7 a.m. or end as late as 11 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have morning/daytime availability.
• Must have a flexible schedule; shifts vary from week to week and may run Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
• Must be attentive to food-handler and sanitation standards and applicable regulations.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of kitchen or work experience is preferred but not required.
• A can-do attitude and the ability to work quickly and confidently.
• Ability to multitask, learn from mistakes, and proactively help other departments.
