About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a Sandwich Maker to work as part of a dynamic team preparing menu items made with whole ingredients, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. The role involves preparing food accurately according to specifications and helping other departments as needed. Morning/daytime availability is required. Shifts vary based on customer traffic and time of year, and may run Monday through Saturday, starting as early as 7 a.m. and ending as late as 11 p.m. The position requires continuous standing and walking, with limited opportunities to sit. Essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have morning/daytime availability.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts, with limited opportunities for sitting.
