About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a Sandwich Maker to work as part of a dynamic team preparing menu items made with honest, whole ingredients, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. The role involves preparing meals accurately according to specifications and helping other departments when needed.

Shifts vary from week to week based on customer traffic and time of year. Shifts run Monday through Saturday and may start as early as 7 a.m. or end as late as 11 p.m. The position requires continuous standing and walking, with limited opportunities for sitting. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
