About The Position
Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a Sandwich Maker to work as part of a dynamic team preparing menu items made with whole ingredients, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. The role involves preparing food accurately to specifications and helping other departments as needed. Shifts vary according to customer traffic and time of year, and may run Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. The position requires continuous standing and walking, with limited opportunities to sit. Essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting.
- Flexible availability for shifts that vary week to week and may run Monday through Saturday, from as early as 7 a.m. to as late as 11 p.m.

- One or more years of kitchen or work experience is preferred but not required.
- A can-do attitude and ability to work quickly and confidently.
