About The Position

CC Holdings is hiring full-time and part-time Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR team members for its Lift Off location at the Indianapolis International Airport. The role prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and Nature’s Table standards, and handles customer transactions using a point-of-sale system. Work takes place in a fast-paced airport café environment. Shifts vary between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday; nights and weekends are required. The anticipated start date ranges from October through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass and must have a liquor license. Prior sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience is preferred but not required. The position may involve standing and walking for extended periods, moving around the restaurant, preparing and handling food, operating restaurant equipment, serving customers, maintaining sanitation, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items consistent with the role. Employees must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass.

Responsibilities

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and Nature’s Table standards.
Prepare orders efficiently, consistently, and in a sanitary manner.
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale system.
Balance cash drawers and make change.
Arrive in proper uniform and adhere to grooming standards.
Set up stations according to café guidelines.
Follow portion control and presentation standards.
Restock items throughout shifts as needed.
Clean and maintain stations while following sanitation and safety procedures.
Use and maintain equipment properly.
Accommodate guests with food allergies or intolerances.
Follow food handling, storage, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
Record orders, handle payments, and follow cash-handling procedures accurately.
Thank customers and encourage repeat business.
Act as a positive role model for staff and customers.
Assist with training new barista/cashier team members.
Work collaboratively with the team and assist with additional tasks when needed.
Promote products, services, and special promotions through suggestive selling.
