About The Position

CC Holdings is hiring Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR team members for its Shapiros location at the Indianapolis International Airport. The position involves preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and Nature’s Table standards, while ensuring orders are completed efficiently, consistently, and hygienically. Cashier duties include processing cash, debit, and credit card payments through a point-of-sale system, making change, balancing cash drawers, and providing excellent customer service. The role operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Schedules vary within operating hours of 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, and nights and weekends are required. The anticipated start date is between October and December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines. A valid driver’s license is required to obtain an airport parking pass, and a liquor license is required. Requirements

Must have a liquor license.

Responsibilities

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and applicable standards.
Prepare orders efficiently, consistently, and in a sanitary manner.
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale system.
Make change, follow cash-handling procedures, and balance cash drawers accurately.
Arrive in proper uniform and follow grooming standards.
Set up stations according to café guidelines.
Follow portion-control and presentation standards when preparing food.
Restock items throughout shifts as needed.
Clean and maintain stations and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
Use and maintain equipment properly.
Accommodate guests with food allergies or intolerances.
Follow food-handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety.
Provide customer service, thank customers, and encourage repeat business.
Record orders and handle payments to support financial accountability.
Act as a positive role model for staff and customers.
Assist with training new barista/cashier team members.
Work collaboratively with the team and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Promote products, services, and special promotions through suggestive selling.
