About The Position

CC Holdings is hiring full-time and part-time Cashier/CSR team members for Shapiros at the Indianapolis International Airport. The role serves customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment and supports the café’s daily operations while reflecting the company’s HEART Culture: Heartfelt, Efficient, Accountable, Respectful, and Team-Oriented. The position operates Monday through Sunday, with shifts varying between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Nights and weekends are required. The anticipated start date is between October and December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines. A valid driver’s license is required to obtain an airport parking pass, and candidates must have a liquor license. The role involves customer service, cash handling, food preparation and safety, station upkeep, and teamwork. Physical activities may include prolonged standing and walking, handling food and equipment, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items consistent with the role.

Requirements

Must have a liquor license.
Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass.
Knowledge of food-service procedures, sanitation practices, and safe food-handling standards.

Responsibilities

Arrive in proper uniform and follow grooming standards.
Set up the station according to café guidelines.
Prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner, following portion-control and presentation specifications.
Restock items as needed and clean and maintain stations using proper safety, sanitation, and organizational procedures.
Use and maintain station equipment properly.
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Follow food-quality, sanitation, food-handling, covering, and storage procedures.
Follow cash-handling procedures, record orders, handle payments, give change, and balance drawers accurately.
Thank customers and encourage repeat business.
Serve as a role model and assist with on-the-job training for new baristas and cashiers.
Collaborate with team members to support operations and company standards.
Promote products, services, and special promotions through suggestive selling.
Assist with additional duties as needed.
