About The Position

CC Holdings is hiring friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented sandwich artists, cashiers, and customer service representatives for Nature’s Table Civic Plaza at the Indianapolis International Airport. The role involves preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and Nature’s Table standards, and preparing orders efficiently, consistently, and hygienically. Employees maintain and stock their stations and follow food-safety requirements. Cashier duties include processing cash, debit, and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale system, entering purchases, making change, and balancing the cash drawer. Customer service is an important part of the role. Shifts are available seven days a week between 5:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.; individual shifts vary. A valid driver’s license is required to receive a parking pass. Starting pay is up to $17.00 per hour plus tips. Requirements

Prior sandwich artist, cashier, or customer service representative experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Arrive in proper uniform and adhere to grooming standards.
Set up the station according to café guidelines.
Prepare food items as directed, in a sanitary and timely manner.
Follow portion-control and presentation specifications.
Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
Clean and maintain the station while following safety, sanitation, and organizational practices.
Use and maintain station equipment properly.
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Maintain food quality and safety through required sanitation, cleaning, covering, and storage procedures.
Work at an efficient and consistent pace.
Follow cash-handling procedures, record orders accurately, give and receive change, and count the cash drawer.
Thank customers and invite them to return.
Model good conduct with customers and staff and assist with on-the-job training for new baristas or cashiers.
Work with the team to support operations, standards, and the café concept.
Suggestively sell and inform customers about products, promotions, and other services.
Assist with other tasks when asked.
