About The Position

CC Holdings is hiring friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented sandwich artists, cashiers, and customer service representatives for its Nature’s Table Civic Plaza location at Indianapolis International Airport. The role involves preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and Nature’s Table standards, and preparing orders in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. Employees maintain and stock their stations and follow food-safety requirements. Cashier duties include processing cash, debit, and credit-card transactions using a point-of-sale system, balancing the cash drawer, making change, and entering purchases. Customer service skills are required. Shifts are available seven days a week between 5:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.; individual shifts vary. A valid driver’s license is required to receive a parking pass. The starting rate is up to $17.00 per hour, plus tips. Prior sandwich artist, cashier, or customer service representative experience is preferred but not required. The position’s essential functions may include standing and walking for extended periods; moving throughout restaurant and work areas; preparing and handling food; operating restaurant equipment; interacting with customers and team members; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards; and performing other duties necessary for restaurant operations. The role may also require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items consistent with its requirements. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements

Responsibilities

Assemble sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and café standards.
Prepare food orders in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner.
Set up, maintain, clean, and restock the station throughout the shift.
Follow portion-control, presentation, food-safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Operate and maintain equipment used at the station.
Process cash, debit-card, and credit-card transactions on a point-of-sale system.
Follow cash-handling procedures; correctly record orders, give and receive change, and count the cash drawer.
Thank customers, invite them to return, and suggest products, promotions, and other services.
Communicate with customers and team members and support restaurant operations, standards, and concept.
Help provide on-the-job training for new baristas or cashiers.
Assist with other tasks as requested.
