About The Position

CC Holdings is hiring full-time and part-time Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR team members for its Lift Off location at Indianapolis International Airport. Team members serve guests and coworkers according to the HEART Culture: Heartfelt, Efficient, Accountable, Respectful, and Team-Oriented. This is a fast-paced food-service role with opportunities for growth. The Sandwich Artist prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and Nature’s Table standards, ensuring food is prepared efficiently, consistently, and sanitarily. Cashier duties include processing cash, debit, and credit card transactions through a point-of-sale system, making change, balancing cash drawers, and providing excellent customer service. The location operates Monday through Sunday. Shifts vary within the 5:00 AM–11:00 PM operating hours; nights and weekends are required. The anticipated start date is between October and December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines. A valid driver’s license is required to obtain an airport parking pass, and a liquor license is required.

Requirements

Prior sandwich artist, cashier, or customer service representative experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Arrive in proper uniform and follow grooming standards.
Set up stations according to café guidelines.
Prepare food items sanitarily and in a timely manner, following recipes, portion-control requirements, and presentation standards.
Restock items throughout shifts as needed.
Clean and maintain stations and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
Use and maintain equipment properly.
Accommodate guests with food allergies or intolerances.
Follow food-handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety.
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; make change and balance cash drawers.
Record orders and handle payments accurately to support financial accountability.
Provide customer service, thank customers, and encourage repeat business.
Promote products, services, and special promotions through suggestive selling.
Act as a positive role model for staff and customers.
Assist with training new barista/cashier team members.
Work collaboratively with the team and assist with additional tasks when needed.
