About The Position

The Sample Coordinator – Private Brands supports the fast-paced development cycle of Bloomingdale’s Private Label brands, including AQUA, AQUA Cashmere, and C by Bloomingdale’s. The role focuses on sample management, cross-functional communication, and logistical organization, working with internal and external partners to help bring exclusive collections, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns to life.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, including open and continuous communication and keeping others informed.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including heavy lifting, constant movement, standing, reaching, lifting at least 30 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; may involve reaching above eye level and requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure, track, and organize development, marketing, collaboration, and campaign samples.
• Prepare for weekly fittings by unboxing and organizing samples and arranging fit racks.
• Coordinate sample submissions with vendors and ensure timely returns.
• Log and track outgoing packages and ensure samples are returned to the mailroom on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
