About The Position

Coordinate customer sample requests from entry through dispatch for TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This is a remote role supporting coordination with on-site fulfillment teams; it does not involve physical warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome, with employment eligibility for the applicant’s work location confirmed during hiring. The primary opening is full-time, though part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid training is provided. Base pay is $19.25–$22.50 per hour, with starting pay in that range based on relevant skills and experience.

Requirements

• Accurate order details and dependable follow-through.
• Comfort learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates, and following approved processes.
• Employment eligibility for the applicant’s work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Record requested samples and verify mailing details.
• Send complete sample requests to the on-site team responsible for preparation.
• Track dispatch updates and follow up on missing information or customer questions.
