About The Position

This position supervises the design and manufacturing of doors. Duties include interviewing, selecting, and training door manufacturing employees; maintaining production records; determining and maintaining production materials and supplies; assessing employee productivity and efficiency; handling employee complaints and grievances; disciplining or recommending discipline; and planning work. The position also works directly with customers to create and manage takeoffs based on customer and design specifications, and uses design software to create specific door designs. Salary is $50,000+ based on experience.
