Our Killeen/ Harker Heights salons are looking for a full time experienced manager to manage skilled team. With paid training, ongoing education and opportunities for advancement you will be set for success with us. Earn $30-$47+ per hour with ADDITIONAL bonus opportunities, Ask about our benefits which include PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance. Licensed Texas cosmetologist or barbers may apply.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Licensed Texas cosmetologist or barbers

Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.

Responsibilities

Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
Manage day-to-day salon operations.
Provide services to customers.
