About The Position
Drybar Shops is seeking a manager to oversee salon operations. The role focuses on leading the team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and implementing structure, policies, and procedures. Drybar specializes in blowouts, with no cuts or color services.
Requirements
- Experience in salon management, including experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with confidence.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- MindBody Software experience.
- Cosmetology license or hair stylist experience.

- Oversee salon operations.
