About The Position

Johnson/Clarke, Inc. is seeking a passionate, hard-working Salon Manager (also described as Salon Director/Store Manager) to represent its nationwide brand. The role is based in a vibrant, professional, team-oriented environment, with opportunities for professional development and career growth. Compensation includes base pay, commission, and bonus opportunities; hiring bonuses may sometimes be available. The position involves leading and developing a team of Beauty Consultants, supporting sales and customer service, and overseeing salon operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, for up to 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Hire and train a team of Beauty Consultants and provide ongoing team training.
• Consult with customers about skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and open and close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
