As a full-time Salon Manager, earn $25–$35+ per hour plus bonuses, paid training, and solid benefits. Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
• Many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
• Manage day-to-day salon operations.
