Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our team members make up to $30-$34 per hour of total income. We also have a 401(k) and 2 different medical insurance plans - benefits that are very rare in this industry. Our goal is to build a fun, supportive team culture! Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.

Responsibilities

Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
Manage day-to-day salon operations.
Focus on team performance and customer experience.
Provide services to customers.
Guide salon teams in brand delivery and achieve GREAT results.
