Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. As Manager, you'll coach and grow your staff, build schedules, and work hand-in-hand with your Area Manager to keep salon operations running strong. This full-time role includes PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid holidays. A current Texas Cosmetology or Barber license is required to apply.

Requirements

• Licensed stylist
• A current Texas Cosmetology or Barber license
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset
• Adaptability
