About The Position

Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. We're one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $32.96/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands-on training and $300 signing bonus.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.

- Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
- Manage day-to-day salon operations.
- Provide services to customers.
