Great Clips in Perry Hall is hiring a dynamic Salon Manager to lead our busy, high-volume team! We're looking for a salon leader who brings positive energy, a passion for hair, and a commitment to coaching others. This role starts as a Manager in Training, giving you full support to learn our systems and thrive. We offer competitive earnings, paid continuing education, built-in clientele, and clear pathways for advancement. Valid cosmetology or barber license required (experience preferred).

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
