Your 2026 main character arc involves leading a top-tier salon team as our new Salon Manager in Bellingham!! We are looking for a WA licensed cosmetologist or barber with serious leadership experience who is ready to manage a busy floor. With a base wage of $24–$26, potentially earn $45–$55+/hr including tips, bonuses. Featuring weekly pay, a 401(k) with a match, and PTO and vacation time to make sure you’re living your best life inside and outside the salon. Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
WA licensed cosmetologist or barber with serious leadership experience

Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
