Compensation for this position is expected to range from $45,000 - $70,000 annually. We’re seeking a leader who cares about people as much as results. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
- Manage day-to-day salon operations.
- Focus on team performance and customer experience.
- Provide services to customers, splitting time between management responsibilities and providing services.
