We are a family-owned and locally operated salon seeking passionate Salon Managers to join our team. If you enjoy mentoring and helping stylists grow and succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our managers earn $30-$40 per hour, plus service and product commissions, and receive up to three weeks of paid time off. We also offer medical and retirement benefits. As a manager, you'll have access to a wide range of educational resources, including hundreds of online videos, classes, and in-person training. If you love fostering a fun work environment and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
