About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact. Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. Salon Manager reopening a newly remodeled salon. Current salon managers earn between $50k and $75k per year. Your mission will be to ensure smooth operations, coordinate schedules, and provide guidance and support to our talented stylists. Reopening this salon will require recruiting and hiring a strong team of stylists to work along side you. As salon manager you will be the leader in providing an example to your staff of quality haircuts and customer service. We want to create an atmosphere where our team can thrive, express their creativity, and have fun while doing what they love!
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
